  1. Understand the definition of workplace bullying and the symptoms of emotional abuse. 
  2. Understand and identify the dynamic that constitutes an abusive relationship.
  3. Supporting staff to articulate the bullying in clear terms to line managers and HR.

  5. Learning to NOT be a bystander to all forms of bullying, including racism in the workplace

  1. Understand the role of regaining strength by identifying character strengths as resources for coping and growth
  2. Understand the psychological and physical impact of trauma related to family and intimate partner abuse
  3. Reclaim your boundaries after abuse

  5. Recognise RED FLAGS and the language of abuse to protect yourself in the future
