When you speak with a member of our team, you will be asked some basic information to enable us to contact you and for you to bring any relevant paperwork with you to your first appointment, such as a referral from your GP (Mental Health Treatment Plan).
A referral from a GP that includes a (Mental Health Treatment Plan) is necessary if you would like to access a Medicare rebate.
You do not have to have a referral from a GP to see us, but if you require a Medicare rebate you will require a referral.
